Our Tokyo headquarters has obtained the ISCC PLUS certification, one of the international certification systems for sustainable products.
ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) is an international certification that ensures the sustainable management and guarantee of sustainable products produced using the mass balance approach, such as biomass materials and recycled materials, throughout the supply chain.
We will extend the mass balance value chain that the ITOCHU Group is advancing with synthetic resins and basic chemicals to the specialty chemicals we handle, including hygiene materials, polyurethane raw materials, paints, adhesives, and epoxy products, which are positioned further downstream.

We hereby commit and declare that our Tokyo Head Office will comply with the ISCC PLUS requirements in accordance with the latest regulations of the ISCC.
